Possible Dedicated server with AMD build?

Hello OC.net, I come here today with a question. Would my AMD build be able to be converted into a DayZ dedicated server?

Here are some specs:
Biostar 880G+ MB
AMD 965 BE Proc
8GB DDR3 RAM
250GB 5400 RPM HDD
Nvidia 550ti

OCC: Would it be able to handle about 1000 Vehicles, some custom load outs, and say, 32 Players?

Any help would be AMAZING, as i dont want to dump 500 dollars into whole new project.

Thank you,

Greg

I get the feeling that you're going to do all-day heavy load tasks on this... in which case I would recommend that you approach a motherboard with a better and potentially more reliable VRM system for a 125W TDP Deneb quad core.

I thought the 965 was a Denub? Im not too worried about the clock speed either. i wont have more than 32 players on it. Im not to familiar with what you speak, but would you be so kind as posting up couple examples of the motherboards you would recommend for my am3 build?

EDIT: so, i would be able to run a client on this build though?

Gigabyte ga-970a-d3 rev 1.3+ or Asrock 970 Extreme3. But yes it's Deneb. The vrms are the black cubes next to the socket. With a high-power cpu like yours they need to be heatsinked.
