Hi everyone. I'm currently a college student studying IT. I have perused the internet over the last 2 years and taught myself how to build desktop computers thanks to the help of many websites including this one. I followed a guide the other day on this site teaching me how to over-clock my asus gtx 670 and now I wanted to join the community at large to learn more from what the members here have to offer. I hope to get to know you all and engage in a universal hobby we all share. Hopefully I'll be able to help a few folks myself. My rig: I currently have a Rosewill Thor full tower case, Seagate 7200rpm 1TB HDD, Asus Gtx 670 direct CU non-top version, 8gb 1333 G.Skill Ripjaw RAM, BIOSTAR TZ77XE3 Motherboard, with a core i5-3570k, and an OCZ ModXStream Pro 700W Modular PSU. I started out with a smaller rig with a crappy 70 dollar asrock mobo, antec 300, and an ATI 5870 I found for $150 brand new and slowly moved up to this rig.
