Where is Logitech's new offering? - Page 2

It is true that I like getting paid. It's also true that I don't want to tell my friends at the other gaming mouse companies what we're doing before we do it. smile.gif

For what it's worth, the first place I come when I'm allowed to talk about new things is here. Generally that's right after a press release or blog post goes live.

As long as it doesn't have anything to do with the "cloud" I'm all for it..

Logitech should be considering a new high end FPS mouse offering worthy enough to sit next to their new G710+ Cherry MX Brown mechanical keyboard.

Using top of the line switches and sensor using a 32bit ARM processor to store on-mouse memory profiles & greater pointer control abilities. A mouse when dissected would make one proud. 2cents.gif

Oh i though CPate wasn't working anymore on Logitech (i was almost sure i read it somewhere here on OCN)...
Maybe a redesigned G400, without that annoying right lip? I can still grab my mouse perfectly without it, but i had to sand it off and like that the mouse looks horrible tongue.gif, of course was my responsibility to do it, but with that lip my pinky start to get pressured and after a while i got some pain in it ... Right now i put my beloved deathadder aside to use this modded G400.
(or maybe just a limited edition? please smile.gif ) i think this special edition (same sensor, same design except right lip so pronounced would be very pleasant for anyone (and a dream come true).
Also you could make some MX300/G1 with same sensor has G400 and add some side buttons smile.gif but hey this are only my ideas... tongue.gif keep the good work logitech\Cpate smile.gif

If it ain't broke, don't fix it. Also, I don't understand why people shy away from the G600 just because it's labeled "MMO". All games can benefit from having more buttons shifted to the right hand, freeing up the left hand from ever having to lift your fingers off WASD.

And it's gorgeous. I love mine. Seriously a great keyboard.

As far as 'why stay away from the g600?', my reason is that I've gone through three of them and all of them have terrible left/right clicks that end up binding/sticking/and feeling like mush after a week or two of use. Which is highly unusual for a piece of logitech hardware.
