Is Kingston HyperX Blu ram better than G skill? - Page 3

I don't have any better RAM at hand right now, but I'm pretty sure it's IMC. I only have some Corsair 4x4GB 1600 CL9 Vengeance I could use, maybe they would allow for a higher clock.

I have saved two interesting screen shots.
Both have the CPU at 3,8 and memory stock at 1600 8-8-8-28, the only difference is that one is NB 2600 and the other is NB 2800.
Now for NB 2600 it's 9,13GB/s while for NB 2800 it's 9,67GB/s! 0,54GB/s just from the NB. Then I OC'ed the RAM and NB a bit more as I said above and the impact was much smaller, like between NB 2800 1600MHz and NB 2870 1640MHz there's 0,21 score difference and then going to NB 2898 1656MHz added only a tiny 0,04 score so it really feels like IMC's wall.

I realise people often seem to choose GSkill over Kingston. I do like GSkill too, but I have yet to see a memory kit that matches the HyperX blu performance and speed. I've been using the HyperX blu for over a year now and it's brilliant. Also, I find Kingston has a better post sales service in India than GSkill. My recommendation would be the HyperX blu, especially if you'll be using it for gaming or overclocking.
