Sennheiser RMA (England)

Hello, I've been trying to RMA my Sennheiser pc 360s under the 2 year warranty since the microphone no longer works but I can't find where to submit the form .. http://portal.sennheiser.co.uk/support - My headset is not listed here, I've sent an email but received a useless response that didn't help what so ever. Am I missing it somewhere or shall I just ring them up and go from there?

Any help is appreciated, Thanks.

have you tried registering your headset? I know some companies only lets you start RMA within the client area once you created an account and registered the product.

if that didn't work, go to: http://portal.sennheiser.co.uk/repairs and click on portable.

for model number, choose other and a box will come up for you to enter your model #.
