if you are planning on overclocking dont get that motherboard. get at least an ASRock 970 Extreme 3.
as for overclocking, the newer 4300 would work better than the 4100.

that one would work, but you dont need that much. you could get a Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3, and overclock very well too.

Id say to get the fx 4300, and a gigabyte 990fx ud3. I myself have an ASUS M5A97 motherboard with an fx 8120, and i can only get a max of a 3.7ghz overclock. This is due to the 4+2 power phase, and i believe all of the 970 series chipsets have a 4+2 power phase. The gigabyte 990fx ud3 has a 8+2 power phase which is amazing for overclocking! Also, the gigabyte 990fx ud3 isn't that much more expensive than the 970 series motherboards. (i'm talking about 20-30 USD dollar more) thumb.gif
