Which one of the three is better? I think I'd like to go with the Ninja, and I've seen some really impressive temps on that, but are the other two much better? In case they cost more money, are they worth it?

The tuniq tower is by far the best. Thats from what ive heard, not from first hand experience.

Even though the Tuniq only has 6 heatpipes compared to the Infinity and Ninja's 12? And also even though you can't (AFAIK) add your own custom fan to the Tuniq (I know it has one built in, anyone have any CFM numbers on that)?
