Get rid of the 670 and put a 7950 or 7970 in there cheaper and faster.
Yeah I'd swap the 670 for a 7950.

I'd also go with a different case. HAF 912 or Bitfenix Shinobi would be a better choice.
I'd say keep the GTX 670 if you use CUDA or PhysX otherwise drop to HD 7950...

Also, I think a Corsair 200R would be better than the Antec Three Hundred Two if you're going for low budget.

For $114 you could get the Asrock Extreme 4

This power supply is iffy: 500W CoolerMaster Extreme ATX (see http://www.hardwaresecrets.com/article/Cooler-Master-eXtreme-Power-Plus-500-W-Power-Supply-Review/728/10)

Definitely not a bad build. I agree with others about the GPU, get the 7950 or 7970. The PSU, I would personally use a 600w or maybe higher to allow headroom for overclocking, but that's personal preference.
The money you could save by swapping out the GPU could allow for imrpovements elsewhere. The GPU is a bit higher ratio than the CPU(a good match but still an offset ratio slightly). The HAF cases have a great reputation for gaming rig cases, so I agree there.
All in all, it looks like a great build though. Good luck and hope I could help some!
