Have you overclocked the graphics cards yet. Usually you will get artifacts if your OC is unstable. You should also try doing a clean install for the graphics drivers.

After you put the system together did you install drivers for the graphics cards. If you used the cd's that came with the cards try installing the most recent drivers.

What types of problems are you having exactly? Have they been there from day one?

For 120hz you need to use the Thick Dual Link DVI cable it comes with, also you will need to go into your NV control panel or Windows Display settings and change your refresh rate to 120hz so you get 120hz at the desktop. When Its turned on it should be a noticeable difference when moving the mouse or even windows. HDMI is the same as a single link DVI cable with built in audio, only use it for HDMI only components.

If your video card is artifacting at stock and it's not a driver problem then you would have a bad card. Getting a bad card sucks but they do happen, more then it should sadly. Don't ever use the CD for motherboard or Video Drivers, always get that stuff online.

Your gonna want to make sure everything in your computer is stable so make sure to do runs of p95 and ibt. I would OC that CPU to atleast 4ghz what should be dead easy, once you get that videocard working try and get atleast 1200mhz out of it.

You want to use dual link dvi because your monitor is 120hz. I don't think this is your problem but it will help get the most out of that monitor. I guess if your card is artifacting at stock then it is defective. I was just hoping it wasn't and thought maybe a reinstall of the drivers could help but the poster above said that it won't.

When you say artifacting what do you mean, what are you seeing. I feel like artifacting can mean different things to some people. My monitor has a overdrive type setting and with some games I get some wierd artifacts if it's on the fastest setting.

When I play Black Ops 2 I get these lines going accross the bottom of the screen. When I am running the video gets all glitchy. I don't know if my video card is acting up or it is just the settings.

If anyone can Help I would appreciate it!
