PRE-FAIL on almost all SMART aspects?? (OCZ Agility 3 120gb)

Thread Starter
So the screenshot (lol can't take an actual screenshot under OCZ linux tools!) pretty much sums up my problem.

Is this an issue or is this normal for these drives? Its an OCZ Agility 3 120gb on a Gigabye GA-Z77X-UD3H running Windows 8, having some strange problems so thought it might be related.

pre-fail just means the type of SMART value, aka raw read error data will show pre-fail signs when the number in the raw column are higher than should be, or a smart value is to show with old age like the total power on hrs and host reads and writes. Not that it is giving pre-fail warnings...

I have OCZ Vertex 3 120Gb.

Here is my SMART data. What does it means? Should I replace it?
