Second Monitor Flickering on Startup then Stables Out

Thread Starter
I normally know this is caused by low voltage (I used to have a 5850) but this is very strange and only recently has been happening to me.

My motherboards BIOS corrupted itself somehow so I recovered it (dual-bios option) and then this issue started happening. I turned off EuP 2013 and everything of the power saving sorts. But it keeps flickering on startup, and after a minute or two it stops.

I don't think the GPU is damaged in any way because it works flawlessly other than this startup issue. Even if I leave it in BIOS and don't boot to windows it will stop after awhile..

Specs:
MSI Z77A-GD65
16GB (2x8) G.Skill 1600 9-9-9-24
AMD Sapphire 7950 (stock clocks)
Corsair 850HX
3-HDDS
1-SSD
1-DVD player
Corsair H80

=/ Any troubleshooting things?

Plug the 1st monitor in the port where the 2nd monitor is hooked up at and the 2nd monitor plugged into where the 1st monitor was.

If the flickering occurs on the first monitor instead of the second one after doing this then the BIOS you recovered from must have did something to mess it up.
