Unless you're wanting to make a ram disk, I don't really see the point in getting anything BEYOND 1866.

Yea that's basically what Iv'e decided to do. I wasn't sure if there would be any significant difference if I upgraded but from what others are saying it's not worth it.

Looking at your rig why not get a bigger SSD prices are not that high for 240/256 GB anymore

Haha well I'm not just looking to upgrade for the sake of upgrading. I'm not really trying to spend $150 more for something I don't really need. I don't store any data files on my SSD.

Uhhhhhh guys, you are aware he has a golden silicon lottery winner CPU right? If he gets faster memory, his scores will be better....period.

Granted, the speed increase isn't great, but I think he might be able to place really high on the non sub zero benching records, and every little bit of speed might push him above someone else.
