as for the water cooling, the closed loop coolers are very safe and are better than most of the air coolers. they are about equal to the $80-90 air coolers but take up much less space. just a suggestion since IB runs hotter than SB when over clocking.

The flex card has two DVIs, but doesn't the HDMI easily convert to DVI (e.g. a simply 5$ adapter) ?
While, from what I hear, display port is a pain to convert.

I'll totally check out closed loop coolers. Sounds like it could be a wise choice.

Cba reading through everyone's posts, so:

Will you be using that i7 to its potential? If not, take it out. Get a i5 3570k.
Eh CPU cooler. Stick a Thermalright Silver Arrow in there instead.
You could drop down to a Extreme4/Gigabyte Z77A UD3H/MSI Z77 GD55
I'd get a Samsung 830.
Great choice of GPU.
Good case, doesn't please me with looks, but fabulous case for airflow.
I'd go with a better quality PSU. Seasonic x750/650/Corsair HX750/650
Don't cheap out on peripherals.
You won't be able to run three monitors smoothly, I don't think, with one GPU.

The HAF X... I'll be sure to check it out. Looks quite similar. If it proves to function better, there's no question--it's only a little more $$.
I'll look into it all, but that 7950 is a 'Flex' version, HERE: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202007&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=
I believe that it can connect three DVI with an included adapter. Am I wrong? (I see that when I listed the GPU it didn't specify it is Flex)
I wanted a modular PSU, and that one is modular. I will check out what you suggested, though.
As for water cooling though: I wanted it to be easy. Is it silly for me to be afraid of water cooling? It just sounds complicated/risky. Lol.
The HAF X has a lot of small improvements and even add small new things over the already great HAF 932

I have the HAF X myself if you want to hear more detalis you could send me a PM that way i wont make a mile long post in a thread
