Best L-shaped desk under $150?

Looking for a L-shaped desk to accommodate my HAF 932, 23'' monitor, printer and a scanner. I can go over my budget a little bit if it's worth it. Thanks in advance for your help.

I looked around for one for a long time and never found one, in a similar price range, that was better than The Z-Line Legacy Desk

It has height, depth, and is surprisingly well made for the price. I see it drop big time, often. It drops down to $100ish a couple of times a year.

The only problem is finding it in stock. Usually they will tell you when it is due back in stock, but when they told me I actually kept checking every day and ended up getting mine a couple of weeks before that, when they got a few back in. I had to call in, so you might actually be able to get it if you call them and ask. You might be able to use a $25 off $75 if you can find one.

Go to Ikea to mix and match your own desk. For $60 I got a 6 foot long desk and drawers. Its good enough for a budget buy.

I bought this desk sometime earlier this year, maybe last year, can't remember. Was on sale along with a bunch of other things for $100 and then I bought a coupon code online for like $2 to get an extra $25 off the order. Did the same with a nice leather chair on sale. I also got free shipping with them both which was quite cool as well. I would just wait a bit and keep checking to try and get it on sale, unless you don't care about it being glass and will take a wood desk then you might as well buy something off craigslist.

Also the glass is about a quarter to a third of an inch thick. Currently just on one of the two large panes I have a 24" monitor (8ish pounds), my desktop tower (roughly 75-80lbs, steel case of doom), pair of speakers (5lbs) and my keyboard with mouse. Then along the corner pane is another monitor, printer and small work area with my speakers are sitting on the other large pane. The glass is pretty dang strong to say the least.

If you're in the USA - you could probably build yourself a desk for that cost so long as you're not looking for bells & whistles. A few ideas to save a little money is check out the local craigslist for wooden doors (the solid wood ones) or for short filing cabinets. 2x filing cabinets, a couple pieces of MDF for corner supports and some countertop = easy desk as well depending on what may be available locally.

If you're not a DIYer, than I'd have to say look at the z-line. I love mine, but I found for my setup I'm starting to run out of room on my desk.

Did a little bit of research on Z-Line. Found this
http://www.z-linedesigns.com/product/190-Gemini-L-Desk
It meets my needs perfectly. Problem is I can't seem to find it anywhere frown.gif Help appreciated.

I might just look into buying two long tables and form an L-shaped desk with those. Don't like plastic. Some sort of wood would be nice. Any tables you all recommend?

Thanks to everyone who replied thus far.

I never found a table with enough height and depth to make me happy. I'm only 6 feet tall, so maybe some other people have different requirements. I actually had to raise my chair to use the Legacy desk with my keyboard/mouse on top.

I would think about maybe checking out furniture shops, antique shops, and similar places. The Ikea thing works as well. There are not that many good tables or other l-desks online. Believe me, I looked all over. You would probably have an easier time either building your own or just finding things that meet your requirements and piecing them together. I would pay attention to surface depth, more than anything, as most will not have enough to meet your needs.
