I kid, I kid. I have friends who play this game and they have a great time playing it. The only difference is that they started playing the beta back when it was free. The asked me to join but there's no way I was going to pay to play a beta game.

No lie i would probably spend $15 over a broken game, but this game isn't broken lol. Most people think it's broken, but they just have no patience to actually play the game. Before this game came out I played DayZ. Everyone was saying that warz was a scam and for those preordering will never get to play the game because it was a fake. And what do you know, the game came out. I bashed the game before it came out also. Me and my friends decided to play it and try it out and see if it was better than dayz. Ever since then we never played dayz. We played this game instead because it was much smoother. But we still love dayz since its a good game(just waiting for standalone).

I play this game a lot, with friends and a few family members. We all agree, its a blast and fun to play.
My personal assumption is all the flak this game is getting come's from the chunk of the player base that can't take the stress this game has with it. It is hard losing gear that you had to fight so hard to obtain, but that's just my opinion.

It's fun because you don't have any other game that is open world with zombies everywhere. Been waiting for a game like this for 5 years and finally someone had a great idea to implement it. Don't matter what came first dayz or warz.

Well they can't cross water because it wasn't implemented in the game? Nothing wrong with that. How do you know how a real zombie reacts or how far they can see/hear? You really can't because it's NOT REAL. Floating backpack kill is a bug, which was fixed by patches already; I'm sure of that. Gentle slope hurting you, yes i agree it sucks but its a bug they still need to work on. For $15 why would anyone complain? Like the Devs said, it's an online game that will be patched periodically and not a boxed retail game that you buy for $60-$80.

If it's available, and there's a feature list, why should I have to do more research??

As for $15...if I'm paying $15 and expecting to get a full game, I would be incredibly unsatisfied if what WarZ is now was what I got. I've spent $5 on NEW games and gotten more polished bug free, feature full games than what they were trying to push on people yesterday.

He apparently worked on GoW and LoL, but I can't honestly see what he could have done.

You know why, because everyone who plays warz played dayz beforehand. What everyone wants is basically the exact same thing in dayz! Dayz was first to come out so people want everything to follow it? I don't know. I just know people are comparing both the games against eachother. Like i said before, they should've just kept this in alpha/beta until everything is worked out. They made a huge mistake by putting it on steam.

If you have version 1.0, ask money for it, have a microtransations store ingame that term means nothing.
Oh and the small fact it is false advertising which is illegal.

I would just like to point out that Foundation build isn't used to describe the DayZ mod in its current state, but the upcoming standalone game when it releases. It actually makes sense if you compare it to the house. You need a sturdy foundation to build your house on. The foundation build could mean the game will be stable enough and has all of its core elements and it will be ready for release and they can then focus on content updates and general bug fixes. Although, I'm not certain of this.. it makes sense.

Was doing that last night before I went to bed. Read through the thread where Sergey Asked people to give the game high scores on metacritic and about died of laughter and amazement. The amount of people who thought the game was a 10/10 in its current state (who usually called people who rated it low DayZ fanboys rolleyes.gif) and after everything that just happened was just astonishing.

Oops, must have misunderstood something then, sorry for that.

You do research because you don't know how the game looks. It's not like these little kiddies go on steam and look up warz and just buy it without knowing how it looks or runs. At this day and age everyone is researching or on youtube looking at gameplay before buying anything.

It's available; yes, big mistake to be on steam. $5 for a full game that was just released? Everything is about business and making money. I wouldn't waste my time coding for years to make a game for $5 or less. Even for $15 i wouldn't do it. I've seen games for free, but they are crap and don't really offer much.
