the microstuttering does have a fix it seems, if im even affected by it.

and yes, for $100 less, the 7970 is faster than the GTX680... NV really needs to open their mem bus.

This has comparisons with last year's FX series but it should give you an idea. Lesser cpu usage is better in those graphs. http://www.techspot.com/review/458-battlefield-3-performance/page7.html

I've got a FX-6300 O.C.'d at 4.76 Ghz and 1.3V VCore stable full load under 55 degrees aircooled on a microATX board (having an 8 pin cpu power connection and good psu helps achieve this).

O.C.'d my single Radeon hd 7850 to 1050 core 1350 mem smile.gif

Only just built my rig today, got the 6300, and what a processor! especially for the 109 pound i paid for it!, that with the cool master hyper evo 212 is preeeeeettyy goood! smile.gif
