Intel 2 Port 100/1000 NIC

Hey guys, I currently have a PCIE x4 Intel 2 port NIC. The device is working great but I have a really odd boot cycle that I would like resolved and I was hoping you guys would have an idea on what's going on.

1. PC boots to BIOS screen
2. PC displays RAID array.
3. PC displays PXE NIC info.
4. PC displays RAID array.
5. PC displays PXE NIC info.
6. Computer restarts?
7. Computer displays BIOS screen.
8. Computer begins to boot into Windows.

Please note that I have all boot devices disabled besides my hard drive which contains my OS.

The issue does not seem to effect performance in any way, but I would like it to not take 20 seconds just to get out of my motherboard options.

Yes. I keep getting the PXE display which means the computer is trying to boot off the NIC but I have that option disabled in BIOS. Do I need to target the NICs BIOS? Can I even do that?

Yup.

You might also access the NIC firmware and disable PXE.... try hitting CTRL+S while the PXE message is up.

(BTW, which NIC and how much did you get it for?)
Once again...

The Pro 1000/GT dual PCI-e can be had for ~$40 regularly on the eBay.

I saw someone selling PCI-e quads for about $70 and was tempted.
