I'd have another cup of coffee, and think some more on this loop setup.
Running things in parallel distibutes the flow inversely to the restriction, which could end up having flow thru one block less than sufficient to produce turbulent flow.
It also makes for a maze of tubing and I can't imagine how it could optimize . . . . since it offers no control points.
It's a simple loop, I'd start with everything in series, untill temps or a flow meter convinced me that I need to make changes.
