I already gave an answer.

My card doesnt overheat, GPU doesnt step down even if it hits 70C. Fan keeps it cool right under 70C at all times on its own, and i have constant boost speed with a little OC.
GPU; EVGA 660TI SC 2GB.
Can you please add a Dynamic Fan Table? So we can add our own fan speeds based on gpu temp. I would like to have the fan running around 50% to 55% when GPU temp is between 60C and 70C.
Thanks.
.

That would be insane! pretty please OP hahaha

I know you said it wasn't downclocking because of your settings but where is it that you can change at what temp your card starts to downclock?

Power target and max power target has nothing to do with when your card should start to downclock right?

My card does not downclock on the pre updated bios either, but it does on the updated one. On the original bios(modded or not) I do not throttle at 70C, 80C or even 90C(I stopped here for obvious reasons). I guess it is just not there for some.

Update:

I still get a downclock, but at 73C, and the speed only drops by 13Mhz.

I thought the power target has nothing to do with it downclocking or unvolting

I just double check my card, I purposely set the fan speed low to get higher temps. Mine at 70C will undervolt from 1.175v to 1.162v and the clock speed stays the same, at 80C is when I get a 13Mhz drop it speed. I didn't go past 80C even though it's technically still cool since Nvidia says 98C is the thermal shutdown

We need to find a way to get rid of the downclocking and undervolting at such low temps, a more constant voltage and clock speed will help alot with overclocking

How do we update the bios? I extracted the BIOS via gpu-z, modified it via the modifier, then what?

Use NVFLASH to flash the modded BIOS

DL NVFlash for Windows. Then just click and drag the rom file and drop it in to NVflash.exe file.

Not sure, ill get back to you on that one.

The odd thing though. With stock BIOS, the card will downclock at 70C, but by as much as 100Mhz. This time, its only dropping by 13Mhz.
Well then there must be a way to modify the BIOS, if yours was different with the original then it is now. So not only is it downclocking different but also at a different temp
