40" led 3d tv with pc mode option.

I'm planning in buying a hdtv to use as a computer monitor, so it would need the pc mode to be able to bypass the fuzziness of text when using it on internet and documents. I'm also planning on using it to work with my Daw, and from time to time when I have the time to use it to play in 3d games via the nvidia utility that you can get, and also watch 3d movies from it. I got a 1000 CDA (roughtly the same in usd) budget. I heard LG were not so great for text readability (fuzziness) so Can anyone suggest me a good one?
I can't really suggest one as I don't have any personal experience with them but providing it has the necessary inputs, it should work although I personally would never use a TV that size for a computer display.

Samsung and Panasonic are usually known for their decent displays but like I said, not really my area so I would wait for some other users to pop in and leave their thoughts.

A real PC monitor is better for gaming then most TV´s will ever be

I think you would be better off with a 27 inch 1080/1440 monitor

Unless you really need a big ass TV?

Well It's primarily for work, yes I would play from time to time on it, but mainly I would work off of it with my Digital audio workstation. A 27" would be too small for the distance that I will be from the monitor (almost 5 feet away).
Often times I'll slide my chair back and use my 24" monitor at about 5' for school work, and its plenty usable. 27" 1080 is my vote, since at that distance the added resolution in a 1440 won't matter as much.

EDIT: Didn't see you were looking for a 40". I was thinking 30. Sorry!

Check out this 40 inch Samsung LED LCD HDTV

Samsung UN40ES6580 LED LCD HDTV

http://www.bestbuy.com/site/Samsung+-+40%26%2334%3B+Class+/+LED+/+1080p+/+120Hz+/+3D+/+HDTV/4853531.p?id=1218552487198&skuId=4853531&st=samsung%2040%20tv&cp=1&lp=8

Got the best customer reviews out of all 40 inch HDTVs.

Samsung leads the LED LCD HDTV industry so I would buy from them.

It also uses Samsung's new CMR technology which gives 200% better motion performance as claimed by Samsung compared to other HDTVs.
