Awesome build man. You should also post this build log and pics in the SG08 club thread, really like the work you did here

Gonna bump this because I'm getting the urge to WC! What PSU are you all using for this? I see no reason to upgrade my 290x, or 3570k right now if I can push more out of them for another gen.

I used the silverstone sx600-g, but i dont recommend it over the 450w model - they have the same amp out on 12V for gpus apparently.. So no real reason to go for the big one.
On a side note, I have moved the system into an evolv m-atx case instead... disappointing - I know smile.gif I just do not have the time to work on small complex systems right now, changing anything was a 4-6 hour job at least in the sg08..

Good luck ryb!

Yea. I know the feeling. I love the SG-08, and to minimize on cost while going to water, it'd be nice to not have to buy a new case, so I'm trying to keep it. I'm considering the Silverstone ST75F-GS PSU.

I'm also considering the Ncase M1 or Fractal Core 500. The issue with the former is cost, and with the latter is that it's larger than the SG-08. Nice thing about both of them is that they're built to handle water and don't sit the PSU over the motherboard.

Edit: I realize that PSU wont work. BUT there's a non-modular version, http://www.silverstonetek.com/product.php?pid=462&area=en. Unfortunately the new 80 Plus Platinum Striders are only in modular design.

I suppose any 140x150 non modular PSU will suffice....Antec makes the Earthwatts with 80 Plus Platinum spec...tempting. I pull nearly 500W at the wall, which is pushing it close to the max the stock PSU can handle. Probably not smart.

That should work, just make sure that there is no conflict with the GPU - see the stock sg08 psu.

Pick the one I have used, or a cpu block with pump built in?
