D5 is a beast, there shouldn't be any issues with 3 rads + 2 blocks. You can also do the tacho/RPM signal mod [URL=http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/showthread.php?234698-So-who-thinks-my-Aquaero-w-home-made-super-powerboster-will-work/page2[/URL]

Damn I missed that aquatuning offer on VPP655.

So here we are again!

In this update we will just enjoy some photos tongue.gif

There is another box on my bed!
Lets see what's inside..

Lets start with the fittings...they are not all,i just orders a couple of each just to see them in hand!

We continue the unboxing with the pump!
Alphacool VPP655 Single Edition..

The cables are geting sleeved ASAP..i cant even see them like that tongue.gif

Lets go with the Res and the Cpu Block!!!
XSPC Dual Bayres For Laing D5 + XSPC Raystorm..

The plate has a very classy finish!!! Great quality.

And here is the Gpu Block biggrin.gif

Tomorrow im getting to the real business guys!!! More and better updates are coming..

See you soon smile.gif

The brushed aluminium, on XSPC Dual Bayres front, is giving a flair of premium to the product. It has a lot of pros to the traditional D5 + Reservoir since
  • You don't have to worry about pump mounting, Mod kits, tops etc = No Extra costs
  • It should be more silent
  • The build is more clean.
great choice once more thumb.gif.

Alphacool fittings are overall great but beware of the logos on the rotary ones. I made mine to disappear just by a mere touch!

The VPP655 has an rpm signal output? I was reading the opposite.
Edit: Just saw the "T" so it is the tachometer version

Thanks man!
I saw your fittings and i tried to scratch mine just to see what will happen...nothing though! The logo had no issue..

The pump is the VPP655T-solo and it has a fan header with just one cable..i believe its for the cpu fan header on the mobo so the system knows you have something cooling the cpu tongue.gif
I'll put it on and see what's going on,i think that you are getting an rpm signal with this...anyways i'll let you know as soon as i do it biggrin.gif

Thanks for the update, yep it should give signal in respect to the pump's speed setting. I'am glad that you don't have anny issues with the logo, maybe it was a bad batch thumb.gif
