I've looked into WCing and it seems like a hassle, worry, a lot of money, maintenance and only really needed if your after maxing all your parts. Is that right or am I being silly?

If you dont mind the huge size the Asus CU II cards are great or at least the Nvidia CU II cards are great but i would think they both have the same cooler?

Size is no problem, as I said I always only get a single card. I found this Borderlands 2 PhysX Benchmark @ 1920x1080.

If you want more info about the GTX 680 and what it can do you sould read this http://www.overclock.net/t/1339638/what-a-gtx-680-can-do

There is also some 7950 vs 680 FPS numbers somewhere in there i think somewhere down on page 1 and on the last 2 pages

It can be all those things depending on the person, and it certainly is a lot of money. You can keep pretty much everything except gpu blocks for multiple builds though, so it doesn't seem as much if you think of it like that. But yeah, IceQ X is the quietest I've seen tested, and I've read a good number of benchmarks. It's 389.99 + Never Settle bundle at newegg right now, very good deal. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814161412

I can see its available from OCUK here in the UK, having read reviews, its also the quietest gaming at around 39db but is beaten by the expensive 6GB Sapphire Toxic.

Thanks for all the input guys and girls. I just need to decide on what card or cards (if I have to) to get for ultra 1080p gaming.
