on sata 3 the scores were worst

Here is what you will do,put SSD on Marvell port,overclock pci-e to 110mhz,disable c-states, and read this thread from post 27 :http://www.overclock.net/t/1284942/intel-ich10-vs-marvell-9128/20#post_18700025
then benchmark and will see what we got.

no, its giving me some error: " could not open device:\\.\PHYSICALDRIVE0 "

This started after i update the ssd firmware

Sorry man i cant help you like that,neither is SSD connected on Marvel port,neither I see Marvell name anywhere in Bios.
