HELP! Xbox Original Port to USB

Thread Starter
i tried googling this and found nothing, but someone once told me that the controller ports ( http://www.llamma.com/xbox/Mods/images/xbox_c17.jpg ) are based on USB, i was wondering if anyone knew how to and could help me wire this onto the internal USB header for the motherboard?
Thanks in advance

Sorry for the late reply. The yellow is unneeded for a usb connecton so don't worry about it, just solder up the others.

However something like this would be a bit cleaner haha: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Female-XBOX-Gamepad-Controller-to-PC-USB-DirectX-Converter-Adapter-Cable-Cord-/380502011613?pt=Video_Games_Accessories&hash=item5897afeedd

Well you could use something like this:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Internal-Desktop-USB-2-0-9pin-Header-Cable-18in-2-54mm-Pitch-/170889024775?pt=US_USB_Cables_Hubs_Adapters&hash=item27c9c79507

Cut one end off then follow the pinout I posted before and this pinout:

Solder like wires together and insulate them with heat shrink or electrical tape.
