Need help overclocking my GTX 680 Classified

Card: EVGA GTX 680 Classified
310.70 BETA Drivers
I'm using EVGA PrecisionX to overclock my card with the following settings:
Power Target: 131%
GPU Clock Offset: 65MHz
Memory Clock Offset: 60MHz
Anything higher than these settings will cause Heaven to crash...
GPU-Z says the Boost Clock is 1241MHz, but PrecisionX shows 1215MHz while running Heaven.
Heaven Score:

Did I get a bad overclocker or did I do something wrong? I've heard that most classifieds get at least 1300MHz...

If you downloaded the latest nvidia drivers. There's your problem. Roll back and you should be able to clock higher in heaven. It's a problem everybody is haveing with the newer drivers.

What's your GPU temp? Remember the card will throttle when it hits 70C.

GPU Temp is in the 60s, I've never seen it hit 70.
