Cute kid, just chilling and watching you do your work right? biggrin.gif Yeah those cutting wheels don't last very long. If I knew the thickness of the metal, I would probably suggest a jigsaw vs a rotary tool. I used a jigsaw for all of my cutting and just used my rotary tool to start the cuts.

Yea, Pretty much, Playing on the trampoline with my sister tongue.gif
Its 1 or 2mm, I wouldnt risk a jigsaw on it, Probably shred the metal. The reinforced wheels lasted me a while, 480mm on one reinforced and 80-100mm on the other wheels.

Gotcha. I bought the really high TPI blades and moved very carefully and it still had a rough edge on the case I was modifying, but it was easier to get my straight edges on the long runs.
