Money is obviously a concern for him, as well as it is most of us. Otherwise he would get a rediculously priced processor. He's talking about getting a SEMPRON. No one ever said he had to pay $90 for one either lol. But you have to remember if he gets too new with a processor chip now he has to upgrade his motherboard as well.
He is also posting in an OCing forum so I take it for granted that he may want to overclock. A Sempron is better than what he has for that.
Bottom line, he asked about Semprons, so I'm giving him my opinion.
