First Conroe Build Suggestions PLZ

Ok so im getting a e6300 for sure (through work) but here are my ideas for the rest of it
Case - Antec Nine Hundred
Motherboard - Asus P5B Deluxe
Ram - OCZ Platinum XTC PC2-6400 2GB 2X1GB DDR2-800 CL4-5-4-15 240PIN DIMM Dual Channel Memory Kit
Hard Drive - already have a 250gb sata2 so thats fine
Sound Card - Already have a audigy 3 se
Video Card - i want a direct x 10 but its killing my budget any suggestions?
PSU - how many watts do i need if i decide to go with say a 8800 gts i really dont know or say if i was to go with a 7900 until directx 10 cards drop

im open to any suggestions except for the processor and switching to an ATI video card
The budget i would like to keep as low as possible without sacrificing performance im pretty sure i wont go with the direct x 10 card for now

I doubt you'll need a 700W+ PS if you're not going to get a GF8800 and are not going to be attempting to hit 4GHz on a water cooled setup. You're probably like me and will get by with a mid-range DX9 card until the "mid-range" DX10 cards are out. Those will use less power and be much cheaper than the 8800 cards and probably be out around the time any DX10 games are out anyway.
