Dew point will constantly change based on Temperature and Humidity. For example, my ambient at the controller is currently 23c, with humidity at 40%. My dew point is currently 9c, so I can set my block to be 10c and I will not get any condensation while still having temps lower then water cooling alone can do.

I use a trick Arqtik controller to monitor the dew point and adjust the TEC duty cycle as needed to keep the block 1* above dew point for no condensation.

What TEC block do you have? That controller seems pretty nice, I've visited mindchill's website.

I have a watercooling setup: CPU + GPU W/ Push pull 360mm and 240mm rads

Just as a quick tip, an OCd SB-E will draw MUCH more than that.

This is for a 3960X at a relatively high voltage and measured from the two 8pin connectors on a UD7:

Fitst of all thank you for bringing this to my attention. I knew it could pull way more but I thought it wouldn't matter.

I calculated it would pull at my clocks 431 w but at 5ghz it'd probably be 500w maybe more.

So the auxiliary PSU I linked, where could I mount it? I wouldn't be where the main PSU is located right?

Getting 500+ watts on a direct die, is going to be hard. Arqtik quad direct die uses 4 40mm^2 tecs. If your cpu is throwing out 500w you are looking at best case 125w a tec with a 10* delta. That is at 100% duty cycle. Which comes to 12volts * 8 amps* 4 tecs = 384 watts draw. If you up it to 16volts, you can get 20*C delta 16*10*4 = 640watt draw.
As you can see tecs use a ton of power at 100% duty cycle.

If you get a block made that holds 4 62mm tecs, it would be 125w 30*c delta, 14 * 15 * 4 = 840 watts, but you could duty cycle that and get 10 or 20 delta, at a much lower power draw.

Basically what I'm saying is that you need a good bit of investment to cool anywhere near 500 watts with a tec. Most tec's have a sweet spot at 16 volts, but you need a separate power supply for that. Add to that the extra rad space for another 500 watts, and you get the idea. I'm in almost the same boat with my dozer. They are known for pulling over 400watts on air....
