its a 5" colour tv that the tuner doesnt work on

just remember that condensation may not allways be apparent right away or from the outside, so a good idea is to check underneath once in a great while, but if you used the dielectric grease you shold be good to go

nice looking rig by the way very clean and organized looking

another thing that works good for insulating the back is AP/Armaflex it comes in a one sided sticky that is about 1/8" thick and about 2" wide and will insulater really well but once you get it on the mobo it can be a pain to get off
anyways nice build

That's a nice rig and a very good idea using the small screen to monitor temps. One question, though, wouldn't that "radio power supply" fit in a drive bay? It looks a lot like a Meanwell supply... Does 15 volts (versus 12v) help your CPU temperature any?

I had the 437w Arctic Web and on my X2 3800+ would idle at -20°C and full load would be around -5°C, running the TEC on 13.5v. I'll bet if you give your peltier a little more voltage you'll be pushing similar temps. Do you monitor your water temps at all? Mine wouldn't go any more than 2°C above room temp, so if your water is heating up it'll hurt your temps drastically.

thanks for all the possitive feedback and questions

yeah the radio supply (which is a meanwell but without the name label that retails at like 30 quid) does fit into 1 and a half drive bays but it goes quite deep and just little things like cables trailing through id rather avoid.

to be honest when it had 13-15V on it the temps wernt noticable different, reading up some say the efficiency goes up a bit as you back away from peak voltage, i might have a play, try different voltages and tell ya wot temps they give out

yeah i got a water probe, never goes above 35C (27-35 when running)

What is that display you have on top of your tower? Looks like it says "Saka" on the bottom.
