looking really good here.

Also I've beaten Mirror's Edge Twice on the hardest difficulty. So yeah I get the reference lol.

Nice, Replaying on this new system right now. Nice to run it on max setting 8x anti-aliasing and physx in 1080p with 60+ FPS this time. (Last run was on minimum settings in 800x600)

Well, so far better than the Mushkin, I set it to factory voltage, timings and clock, and I managed to post (as in start up, then I came straight here to post on the forum). I still need to test but I like it so far, and I will say that I notice a difference, things load faster and feel snappier. Will update after testing. biggrin.gif

Ouch.

Soon enough you'll be used to playing games with that good of quality and FPS and won't be able to go back.

I know, Mirror's edge was hard to play when you had constant lag spike right when you were trying to make a jump, so you end up walking off a building. Will get some more pictures soon.

Ok, so I have a second 680 coming so I can run SLI. While I wait, what are the settings I need to change to OC, I know how to use core voltage, multiplier and fsb, but cpu nb, ht, and some other settings are new to me. Also, what are the things I need to change to prep for the OC, such as turning off turbo core and things like that?

Turn off turbo core, quiet and cool, and optimization. You have it a little easier since you have an AMD chip. Don't even mess with the FSB frequencies, just utilize your unlocked multiplier. Changing the FSB brings a massive amount of extra difficulties. Use the FSB to fine tune your overclock when you're at a higher voltage if you really want to play with them. That way you don't have to worry about the slew of other voltages. (However before I sit down to OC, I like to bump my NB and RAM voltages by 1 notch)

As for other settings, I reccommend setting your LLC (load line calibration) to high. When you hit really high OC's, you may find it beneficial to set it to ultra.

Thanks, I overclocked my friend's i5 no problem, then I get an 8350. My first though was why are there so many more options? Going to have a go at overclocking the CPU, then come back with results. The last couple of months have been really busy (Yeah, I know, another update from me saying this...) but I want to get more done on this.
Edit: I also took a look at your work log, looks pretty neat thumb.gif

Thanks for the compliment, but I gave up on that build a couple months ago. Forgot to take it out of my signature. Thanks anyways thumb.gif
