good ram if you can afford it but which ram you pick does depend on how high you go with the FSB.

Nope, no D9s on those Wincet, only a few models do: G.S Technician.

I don't think so. Firestix with D9s are CAS 4: DDR2 List model # FSX800D2B-K2G

Those from egg are Firestix with PROMOS CAS 5: DDR2 List model # FSX800D2C-K2G

If you guys want to know which DDR2 modules have D9s, here is the list: http://ramlist.ath.cx/ddr2/

Same goes for Corsair and the v1.1 and v1.2 Rev D which of course D is for D9s.

So, it seems as if the only least expensive of D9s as of right now are the Crucial Ballistix for $260 ($360 originally), D9s are not cheap as PROMOS fellas. Though I'd like to hear what ThaLoveDocta has to say yet.

some of the adata are d9's as well i jsut cant remember which ones

edit: not to hijack but arent some of the other chips better at getting tighter timings at stock voltages, i saw a review of some adata that was getting 3-2-2-4 at 1.8vdimm at its stock speed of 533 i think, and would oc to 900 but with looser timings, i was jsut wondering are d9"s the only good chips out there

I dont see it listed on buffalo's site so.............could be D9's? People are still getting great clocks out of them according to the reviews.

The ramlist link isnt working for me

A-DATA with D9s are Vitesta Extreme Edition: Check out list. Least expensive D9s $288 by Team Xtreem at tankguys.com, except for the Crucial 1000 kit which has a $100 off and going for $260.

Supertalent DDR2800
4-4-3-8
275 shipped

can't check the list since it won't load, but these used ot be D9's and assume it hasnt changed. People reach ddr2 1100 on stock timings with these

You assume correct sir. But have not heard much about SuperTalent before.......I guess I'm gonna have to do some research on them. In terms of customer service that is because those have indeed D9s.

Crucial 10th Anniversary has D9's. It is great memory and capable of great timings. I had mine at DDR2 800 speeds with 3-3-3-12 timings at 2.15V.
