[OFFICIAL] ROCCAT OWNERS CLUB - Page 21

Well decided to put my Savu on the Taito mouse pad over the Sota. Taito mid-siz is a tad big and mini was too small. Feels the Savu does better tracking on the cloth. Might just be placebo effect. wink.gif

While I was ordering I decided to pick up the Corepad Skatez - Savu replacement mouse feet to keep on hand.

Not all is lost for the Sota, I've decided to use the Sota during the winter months and Ensis 320 in summer for my Naos 8200. Keep those two hard pads for my laser mouse. Sticking with cloth for the optical.

The Taito ships like the SS Qck, rolled up. Some waves remain after unfolding that need to be flattened out by placing some heavy items on top of it over night. The 3mm is a decent low profile thickness like the SS Qck which is my preference to place my wrist rather than bulkier, thicker pads. I also prefer smaller logo imprints in the corner out of the way and mostly solid black surface.

Please add the Taito to my growing list of Roccat products. smile.gif

Next is finding the ultimate set of head phones. My generics died and it's time to elevate my sound at night when everyone else is asleep. tongue.gif

The Sota is a product i would not recommend. It usually begins to transform and getting some waves (after 6-12 months). Thanks to the great idea having a metal layer in it thumb.gif.
If that happens (and it will) i can only say i love the Raivo biggrin.gif.

Also, anyone know how to make one of the google doc type signups like other groups have?
I feel like that would make it super quick and easy for people to add their products / manage the group

I'm not sure but you can set it up like the way I have my club setup where all you have to do is edit the doc every time someone meets the requirements.- ROG Maximus Owners Club.

It's as easy as just starting up a grid.

Yes that. I'd like to do that
So I'll get to working on that after class today. If I figure out how to embed it that's a plus

well i can only say that i had no Problems with the Savu and a Taito (both use essentally the same sensor so...)
Only thing i didn't like about it, was that it began to get brighter at positions i had my hand on (sweat would be my guess), but that never decreased its tracking.

I just ordered the Kone XTD and it will be here Thursday! biggrin.gif
I was going to add the mouse pad but I have the SteelSeries SP so I am going to try it with it first. I am also thinking about the ROCCAT Apuri so that is why I am passing on the mouse pad for now unless someone has some bad feedback about my pad and the xtd.
Pics will be up right after I get it thumb.gif
