That's what I'm doing right now but I couldn't find a key I didn't need/use I ended up with Alt - F9 for front and Alt + F5 for back button.

I personally am a big fan of the pure.

qck mass or taito should not make a significant impact for you, no need to replace the qck if it is still perfomring well.

P.S.: Cebit is around the corner and might bring some new product announcements from all the brands.

Thanks Skar. I'm aware of other subtle differences between the 2 but I'm not sold on the extra bits of the XTD. Just some serious thoughts about the extra 1.5cm of the xtd, which will be almost perfect for my hand. =( shame as I much much prefer the simple design and lighting of the pure.

Anybody who owns a naos 5000, 8200 can chip in about the pros/cons of mionix vs roccat? Thanks.

Shapewise the complete design approach is different. Naos series supports ringfinger/pinkie support, you wont find that on the roccat mice.
So better go test it it out. I am not used to it and dont like it (at all), its super subjective though. For me it is like having no control/grip anymore over the mouse.

I prefer the Kone Pure over the Kone XTD even though my hand size is a better fit for Kone XTD, as i somehow feel as i have a better grip on the smaller mouse - however i get my ass kicked in dota 2 no matter which one i use wink.gif.

Well bad news.
My XTD started getting stuck suddenly when moving around slowly.
It was not doing it at first just started suddenly so I am sending for a replacement.

First of all: *cough* How would i know wink.gif.

Second of all: "A product is late for a little while, but a product will suck forever." (Easily my favorite remark from Gabe Newell.)

Did you update the firmware? Did you try to switch off TDCU?

It has been working fine with TDCU but I am going try a few things and also ROCCAT asked me to do a RESET before I return it so I will try those later today and report back.

Regards
