Asrock issue, you need to update bios.

It seems I'm having problems with the Installer for the driver...after it's done installing, it freezes and I get this:

and this message after I kill it through task manager

I've tried Installing it under administrator and I get the same results.

Even when I try to uninstall the driver and the software, It crashes and I can't seem to uninstall the driver through program manager or its own uninstall program.

I also still can't get my macros to work by pressing the mouse wheel (button 3)! I hope it's just a driver, software issue because I don't want to RMA it redface.gif

did you unpack it properly before you installed it or did you install it out of the archive?

I downloaded the driver from the roccat website, unzipped it to new folder on desktop, then ran the setup exe. Did I miss something?

It looks to me as if the archive has been damaged while downloading. I would download it again. If the problem persists contact their support so they can give you maybe an alternative mirror.

Thanks for the advice! Yeah I just sent support my issue and we'll see what they say.

Just got my Kone XTD in today. Still messing with the settings but I like it so far. Its very similar in shape to my old g500, just with a more pronounced hump towards my palm which is nice because I have very long hands.

I will try and get a picture up soon, working tons of overtime for the next week so I am burnt out.
