First of all, there was no throttling and secondly 75c would have burned my fingers when I touched the VRM's which it did not. They were hot no doubt, but more in the 60c range.

Heatsinks are at around 50C, because the heat transfer is imperfect (low quality thermal pads). I measured from the side, directly at the mosfet.
They do overheat. End of.

Thats nice.

Once again, no throttling for me at 4.5ghz and he wasn't even able to get 4.2ghz stable. So you can type until your fingers fall off about how the VRM's were overheating because they obviously weren't so you can go away now.

It was either settings in the bios or incompatible hardware causing his issue, as I said from the beginning. /end thread
