Im assumeing the 4x4 boards are E-atx? Hopefully this die shrink will allow some 3.5ish+ clocks that would be sweet.

Yeah, 4X4 will be 90nm until late 2007. However I read somewhere that the Opterons would pass to 65nm in the february-march time frame.
Anyway, the 65 nm parts will be at the begining the single cores and the mid range X2s.
