op, your physics score is too low. lower than my phenom quad at 3.0GHz. it is pulling the performance of your gpu not just in 3D bench but in games as you're experiencing.

zuccini, disregard my gpu score (before 12.11 driver). at that oc it is at 11000 now (just bragging)here is my 3D Mark at 4GHz Quad . . .

on my 1600 x 900 monitor: with max settings and a trilinear filter
Fps of 34.5
score of 870
min fps 7.7
max fps 78.5

This time running it on my 1920 x 1080 monitor with max settings except for normal tessellation

The score was

11.8 FPS
Score of 296
Low FPS of 6.6
High FPS of 27.7

What could be going on?

Thas really low. Check your cpu/gpu usage. Something is not working correctly in your system for sure
