Will do, probably going to push my OC once i get it to around 4.2 GHz. I'm also getting a Noctua D14 cpu cooler. I'll continue to update you guys on the fps problem once I OC my cpu more.

Well, I'm still holding off on any other benchmarks/hardcore gaming for now until I get my new stuff in.

It's like Christmas happening for the third time!

Well, I'm good to go now I think, got my Noctua and UD3
cpu is OC'd to 3.9 GHz at 1.5 volts and is idling as i type at 37 degrees celcius, should go lower once it cools down a bit after the 1 hr prime95 run I put it through biggrin.gif

Does anyone else think that it is a bit odd for it to be at that voltage, the normal mobo one is oddly set to 1.45.

From reading the whole thread - looking for something different on boost performance, one question pops to my mind. Since it's been a month or so you might have it figured out by now?

Anyhow - a simple question: Are you sure you have all drivers installed? I don't mean graphics drivers but chip set drivers (whatever your mobo is using)? Could be that your PCI-E is throttling your PhysX performance.

I am running a 3 year old i930 @ 2.8 MHZ and get triple of what you posted on PhysX.

@Phlego

I believe I have it figured out, it turns out that something was wrong with my cpu fan and it was running at 70 degrees Celcius. I got a Noctua D14 and everything runs fine but Arma 2, and that game is very poorly optimized.

Also, I oc'ed my 1090t up to 3.9 GHz
