My set kinda sucked but it liked tight timings. 1.5-2-2-0-1T through 247MHz... it was stable to 248MHz at 2-2-2-5-1T.

I've gotten my UTT BH-5 up to 270 Mhz at 2-2-2-5 on 3.7v, 265 at 1.5-2-2-2 at 3.6, and run them at 250 1.5-2-2-0 on 3.5v.

My CPU limited my OC on my GEIL ONE. I got to 250 2-2-2-0 3.9v but my divider and OC just didnt mix well so if I uped the divider that would be too higher and the CPU could go no higher.

I love BH5 ram and still have it and probably will never sell it.
