New build | freezes/restarts on windows splash screen/while booting

Hi all, i hope i post this in the right place.

I have a problem with my new build. It often freezes on the windows splash screen, on the windows login screen or shortly after the login on the desktop. Sometimes it also automatically restarts while booting. No errors, no bluescreen. After 10-15 restarts i get lucky and the system starts normally, from this moment on the system runs perfectly - until i turn it off and start it on the next day.

I also had problems with the USB drivers of the motherboard from the start. Some of the USB ports show up as "Unknown Devices" in the Hardware Manager.

I hope you can help me to fix these problems. Thanks in advance!

Here my specs:
Intel Core i5-3570K 3.4GHz Quad-Core
ASRock Z77 Extreme4 ATX LGA1155
EVGA Geforce GTX 670 FTW
Memory Corsair DIMM 8 GB DDR3-1600 Kit
Storage Samsung 830series 2,5" 128 GB
Storage Seagate ST1000DM003 1 TB
DVD/CD Writer LG GH-24NS

Can you tell us what version of windows you are using? In addition, make sure that your cables are mapped correctly, perhaps you have the USB Mapped to the wrong spot?

Are you using the most up to date drivers? Sometimes you have to manually install drivers for certain devices. Also, have you updated your bios to the newest version? Are you using the most up to date firmware on your SSD?

i downloaded all latest drivers from the ASROCK homepage and installed them.

i got my drivers from here, i didnt install all of them though:
http://www.asrock.com/mb/download.asp?Model=Z77%20Extreme4&o=Win764

i installed the ASRock USB driver, the intel USB driver, the audio driver, the LAN driver, the ASMedia SATA3 Driver. Please tell me if i really need to install another one.

I will update my BIOS as soon as i figured out how to do that. I heard i can do that directly in the BIOS, but i didnt find any "update BIOS" option. Is "instant flash" related to this?

Also how can i check the firmware of my SSD?

edit:

i need to correct my OS. i use Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit and not Professional.

i now updated my SSD firmware via the Samsung SSD Magician Software from here:

You update the Bios through instant flash unless through windows option is available.

Is it just a cold boot issue? You've not done any overclocking?

When you installed windows was just the SSD plugged in? Have you changed the default windows Sata drivers as sometimes that might cause issues.

What happens if you first boot into Safe mode? As if that works fine then it will be a driver problem? If that doesn't then maybe a hardware issue?

It only happens when the pc is turned off for a while. For example when i restart my pc now it will not happen.
I did not do any overclocking.
When i installed Windows i only had my SSD plugged in.
I installed a SATA driver form the ASRock website "Asmedia ASM106x SATA Host Controller Driver". From here - ASMedia SATA3 Driver ver:1.3.1

I will boot into safe mode tomorrow morning, is there a way to boot directly into safe mode? else i will just wait for the first restart since i get to choose then.
