At least i know where to find CHEAPER prices if i want Razer.

Please tell me you didn't actually take the 14.000 DPI thing seriously

I don't think blues are most accessible. Tons of keyboards out today with blacks and reds (as for some reason they're called the gaming switches), and a couple with browns. Lots of selection out there.
I think the double tapping "issue" is heavily overexaggerated. The main difference between blues and browns is the level of tactility, which I notice far more than any trouble double tapping, and which I think should be the difference that's pointed out most.
Blues are used in the most "commercial" mechs, you can't deny that. Sure there's dozen of other switches and browns and reds, even blacks are quite popular amongst mech enthusiasts, but not amongst "pseudo-gamers" (e.g razer consumer base). But that's another story.

You know what, I think it would be best to just drop the whole switch a is better than switch b thing - bottom line, let people use what they prefer.

High five blue power? o/

So in this post you say let people use what they prefer while simultaneously saying people who use Razer gear are "pseudo-gamers". What exactly is a pseudo-gamer? Someone who pretends to play games? You are coming off rather elitist, and about gaming peripherals no less.

Can you name some popular mechanicals that use blues?

Razer Black Widow line, some CM Quickfire Rapid (only in some regions), Das non-silent.

What about reds?

Corsair, Coolermaster, Steelseries, Gigabyte

Blacks?

Thermaltake, Steelseries, Azio, Mionix, pretty much any lower quality "gaming" mech.

Browns are about the same popularity as blues from what I've seen.

So yes, I can very well deny the claim that blues are used in most commercial mechs, because they aren't. They're used in Razers and a couple other models from other brands. And if you look at these graphs, drawn from a survey that I think was done here on OCN, you can see that blues aren't the most popular switch, at least in our demographic.

Razer can go get butt ransacked. After how they treated my issue with my Deathadder, I'll be replacing all my Razer gear soon since they're needing replacing anyways. They're turning into Apple of the PC peripherals.

I'll go with another company
