Hi i bought new ram 2x4 1600 Corsair XMS memory. And i already have 2x2 XMS corsair 1600 but they are 1.65.

Is it possible to use all or should i just get rid of the old ones?

At first, you could try whether your current sticks are stable at spec when undervolted. If they run spec at 1.5V then you just run both kits at 1.5V. If not, you might have to overvolt your new kit (1.65V is pretty safe anyway).
