Why not an h100i?
most of the higher end psus draw air in from the fan and exaust out the back. i would be willing to bet his is the same way.

wont let me download it . fyi anything over 1333 is considered overclocked and yes you usually do have to manually set it in bios you need to set speed to 1866, timings ( first four settings under dram timings 9,9,9,24 and make sure volts were 1.5. when i bought one of my fx cpu (6100) One slot of ram didnt work. try to swap slots with your ram to see if you can get all ram to work.
ie currently you should have it in slot 1 +3 you can try 1 taking out slot 1 , booting and verifying that you have 4gb then putting slot 1 back in and then taking out slot 3 if one slot does not work. you need to find out if it is the ram or the mobo/cpu take the ram in the slot that does not work and put it in the slot that does. if it DOES show up try putting ram in to 4+2
