Well, two things:
1) The GTX 690 was released in May 2012. So it could NOT have sat on a shelf before then. So if a buyer had purchased the card at release, at worst the card would be about 8.5 months old. Therefore, it would still have 2+ years warranty, worst-case scenario.
2) More importantly, warranty starts on the day of PURCHASE, not manufacturing.
Now if your question is when did I purchase this card, I looked it up for you. I purchased it on 11/18/2012 and registered it 11/21/2012. Therefore, the warranty on this product exists until 11/18/2015. Since July 1st 2011, EVGA warranties their cards by serial #, not by buyer. Bottom line is that the card will be under guest RMA warranty no matter who is in possession of it until 11/18/2015.
