The reservoir and pump fit in the the two 3.5 bays and the rads will be outside the PC at the back. There will be a 480 and a 360 rad with 120mm fans attached.

I second this notion.

If you over clock the 670's ever so slighty you'd hit 680 speeds for about $400 less if you happened to buy them. That extra doe (if it's a limitation) could be used to get water blocks for the GPU's.

A notion that isn't possible in my case.

I have an mATX board. If I had a full ATX case and space I would have gotten quad 4gb 680's. but I don't.

+ four 4gb 680's with four water blocks is about 1000 dollars more here XD

My two gtx 690's water cooled on my old motherboard. Testing out fitting distance.

And my newly prepped case for tomorrows motherboard arrival

And last but not least, my water cooling expert testing the tubing for defects

An African Grey, nice. Extremely smart (albeit temperamental at times tongue.gif). I actually saw video of one that was taught what objects actually were, and if you point to something it would pick it up and say the name of said object. And GPU's look good as well, of course. thumb.gif

Yeah that African Greg your talking about was named Alex. Extremely art bird. You're 100% right on the temperament though! Haha

And thanks smile.gif can't wait to use them

wheee.gif That's some serious GPU power you're putting onto the field. thumb.gif I never realized you have 2x690GTX in the other thread! That's probably the most beefy stuff an alienware case has ever seen so far.

Also your tubing tester is way more serious than our dog... he just thoroughly chewed some screwdrivers and went away biggrin.gif

Well I made myself look like a 'stoop' right there. I prematurely posted that and didn't realize that you had BOTH 690's already.

Nonetheless your hardware is immaculate. This is coming from someone who just got dual 670 FTW's.

I'm jealous, that's for sure. HIRE ME SO I CAN AFFORDS THE HARDWAREZ THAT U DO!

Install today went amazingly well, the loop is working with no leaks, the temperatures on the gpu and processor were really good. And the system is back up to standard.

The only thing I haven't tested is SLI between the two 690's. This is because my AX1200i that I tried to return for a warranty return had no faults when they tested it at the store (trying to do it where I bought it to save a 2 week wait time).

Sooooo now the Power supply won't power my CPU port. It shuts down and restarts as if there is an over voltage occurring. So I plugged my 875 watt from Dell and the system is running perfectly with one 690. I am on my way first thing in the morning to return it.

The only other thing I did was I looped one tube wrong, only visually, but it is ****ting me and I am not sure if I want to drain the system. Well, it all works. So let's hope they replace this power supply.
