So the question is, how can i overclock my ram and cpu? and should i do that with such old pc? Thank you for the attention.

The large majority of what you have posted is not helpful for the question you are asking.

Firstly, do you have adequate cooling to begin overclocking? The stock Intel cooler is not recommended due to it's relatively poor performance, let alone under overclocked load.

Please post your individual components so we can see what you're working with.

You can overclock that by increasing the front side bus speed (from 200 to 233 for instance) but you'll also have to change the RAM divider to keep the RAM running in spec. I don't see much point in overclocking such an old PC though - it's not going to make a material difference for most applications.

Kind of have to agree with this. If it's already running badly, whether it be a game or an application, the overclock that you're going to be able to get on this isn't really going to help all that much.
