If your concerned , you could lap the heat sink and apply some as5.

no overclock at all. its acutally a brand new build.. but when i touch it it feels warmish.. i have a real digital thermo with a sensor on it rite now.. what is considered too hot? and theres no fan on it at all rite now.

Do you have the fan on the heatpipe cooler?? that can make a big difference in your temps

Looks like you only have the heatsink , you could significantly dro pthose temps with a lil as5 and some lapping and a nice fan......
