ill probably relocate my exaust fan and put another fan in there to replace it. and run that optional fan.

I took that stupid fan off...it did nothing. Also rip off the ASUS badge on the HS, you sould drop your temps some. My case has a fan on the side kinda blowing at the gpu and NB....mine stays about 40 and im running 460FSB..sooo no worries pal, your temps are perrrfect. People are pushing these boards well into the 520ish range on the stock NB heat'stinkx'. I havent had any probs w/ stability until my OC puts the NB in the 800-900mhz range...usually around 500mhz FSB.
